FILIPPO MACELLONI (Firenze,1965) ha realizzato film, documentari, cortometraggi, video musicali, serie TV e Home Video per i principali canali televisivi e gruppi editoriali italiani (RAI, SKY, La7, MEDIASET, RCS).

Con Roberto Faenza ha diretto il film di montaggio “Silvio Forever”, biografia non autorizzata di Silvio Berlusconi, scritto con Gian Antonio Stella e Sergio Rizzo, prodotto da Ah HOC FILM e distribuito da LUCKY RED.

Ha realizzato, con Lorenzo Garzella, il film “Il Mundial dimenticato”, presentato al Festival di Venezia nel 2011 (Le Giornate degli Autori) e uscito nelle sale italiane nel giugno 2012, che ha partecipato in numerosi festival italiani e internazionali, vincendo svariati premi.

Nel 2001 ha fondato, insieme a Lorenzo Garzella, la società di produzione indipendente NANOF che sviluppa e produce documentari, video promozionali, sociali, progetti televisivi e cinematografici.

Laureato in architettura (Università di Firenze), si è occupato di questioni legate alla rappresentazione e alla comunicazione dell’architettura e della città, collaborando con architetti come Massimiliano Fuksas, Università, istituzioni pubbliche e private (La Biennale di Venezia, La Sapienza, Provincia di Milano, Comune di Roma, Inarch) e realizzando video e videoinstallazioni in Italia e altri paesi (Biennale, Venezia; Colosseo, Palazzo dei Congressi, Palazzo delle Esposizioni, Roma: Nuovo Polo Fiera di Milano, Spazio Trussardi, Milano…).

Ha insegnato in vari corsi, workshop e master post universitari (Politecnico Milano, Università di Firenze, Università di Roma La Sapienza, INARCH, IED Roma).

FILIPPO MACELLONI has made documentaries, short films, music videos, home video series, and promotional, institutional, and social videos for the major italian television channels and publishing groups (RAI, SKY, La7, MEDIASET,  RCS).

Together with Roberto Faenza, he directed the film “Silvio Forever”, an unauthorized autobiography of Silvio Berlusconi, written by Gian Antonio Stella and Sergio Rizzo, released in italian cinemas in March 2011, produced by AD HOC FiLM, and distributed by Lucky Red.

He directed, with Lorenzo Garzella, the film “The Lost World Cup” (“Il Mundial dimenticato”), presented in Venice Film Festival 2011 (Venice Days), distributed in 2012 and invited in a number of international festivals, winning various prizes.

In 2001 he founded, together with Lorenzo Garzella, NANOF films, an independent production company that has developed and produced short films, documentaries, commercial and industrial videos, home video series (www.nanof.it).

Graduated as architect, he worked on issues concerning architecture and city design, dealing with architects, urban planners and administrators, universities and private companies, and realized a number of films and installations in some of the most relevant spaces in Italy and abroad.

He worked as teacher and supervisor in different courses, workshops and post graduate masters (Politecnico Milano, Università di Firenze, Università di Roma La Sapienza, INARCH, IED Roma).
