FILIPPO MACELLONI (Firenze,1965) ha realizzato film, documentari, cortometraggi, video musicali, serie TV e Home Video per i principali canali televisivi e gruppi editoriali italiani, oltre a numerose installazioni.

Tra i progetti più recenti:

“Bambini nel tempo, l’Italia, l’infanzia e la TV” (2015), documentario co-diretto con Roberto Faenza, prodotto da Rai Cinema e Rai Teche, presentato al Torino Film Festival e in onda su Rai Uno.

“Firenze in guerra 1944-2014” (ottobre 2014- aprile 2015), mostra presso Palazzo Medici Riccardi e Palazzo Pitti di Firenze di cui è curatore delle installazioni multimediali.

“L’uomo che sparava dritto” (2013) , documentario prodotto da Jean Vigo Italia con il sostegno del Mibact e trasmesso da Rai Uno.

“Memory sharing” (2012-2016), progetto culturale di raccolta, condivisione e narrazione (documentari, mostre, installazioni, eventi) sviluppato con Lorenzo Garzella e supportato dalla Regione Toscana.

“Il Mundial dimenticato”, film co-diretto con Lorenzo Garzella, presentato al Festival di Venezia nel 2011 (Le Giornate degli Autori) e uscito nelle sale italiane nel giugno 2012, selezionato in numerosi festival italiani e internazionali, vincitore di svariati premi.

“Silvio Forever” (2011), film di montaggio co-diretto con Roberto Faenza, scritto con Gian Antonio Stella e Sergio Rizzo, prodotto da Ah HOC FILM e distribuito da LUCKY RED.

Ha fondato, insieme a Lorenzo Garzella, la società di produzione indipendente NANOF che dal 2001 sviluppa e produce documentari, installazioni, video promozionali, sociali, progetti televisivi e cinematografici.

Laureato in architettura (Università di Firenze), si è occupato di temi legati all’arte, all’architettura e alla città, realizzando documentari, video e installazioni per committenti italiani e internazionali (tra gli altri: La Biennale di Venezia, Provincia di Milano, Provincia di Firenze, Comune di Roma, Trussardi, Massimiliano Fuksas, Ministero dei Beni Culturali, Regione Toscana).

 

FILIPPO MACELLONI (Florence,1965) has made documentaries, short films, music videos, home video series, and promotional, institutional, and social videos for the major italian television channels and publishing groups (RAI, SKY, La7, MEDIASET,  RCS).

Together with Roberto Faenza, he directed the film “Silvio Forever”, an unauthorized autobiography of Silvio Berlusconi, written by Gian Antonio Stella and Sergio Rizzo, released in italian cinemas in March 2011 and on home video, produced by AD HOC FiLM, and distributed by Lucky Red.

He directed, with Lorenzo Garzella, the film “The Lost World Cup” (“Il Mundial dimenticato”), presented in Venice Film Festival 2011 (Venice Days), distributed in 2012 and invited in a number of international festivals, winning various prizes.

In 2001 he founded, together with Lorenzo Garzella, NANOF films, an independent production company that has developed and produced short films, documentaries, commercial and industrial videos, home video series (www.nanof.it).

Repented architect, he worked on issues concerning architecture and city design, dealing with architects, urban planners and administrators, universities and private companies, and realized a number of films and installations in some of the most relevant spaces in Italy and abroad.
